Recognising Hard Work: Housekeeper of the Week

We know that recognition is just as important as accountability. Too often, feedback focuses on negative issues, while the countless positive contributions go unnoticed. That’s why we’ve introduced a new initiative: the Housekeeper of the Week Award.

Here’s how it works:

  • Each week, we use our detailed checklist to inspect as many cottages as possible.
  • Based on these checks, we select one housekeeper who has gone above and beyond.
  • The winner receives a £50 supermarket voucher as a token of our appreciation.

This initiative not only boosts morale but also motivates our team to continue delivering outstanding results for our clients and their guests.
