I have recently engaged Lisa Telford and her team at Signature Concierge Housekeeping to take over the management and running of my property near Ullswater.

Lisa and her team are very efficient and I have received five star reviews for the property, from guests. In addition when there is a problem, Lisa contacts me and organised the relevant person from plumber to painter to immediately come and resolve the matter.

These guys do not just clean your holiday property – they take the time to understand your exact requirements and design a bespoke housekeeping solution to meet your every need. Cleaning, laundry, linen hire and property management services can all be arranged. They can even arrange activities for your guests to do during their stay, it really is a one stop shop and takes all of the pressure off holiday cottage ownership. Our house in Keswick has never been so well looked after.

Signature Concierge Housekeeping are a preferred supplier for Sykes Holiday Cottages, this means that we monitor customer feedback to enable us to further recommend their services. We also support the company with development. They are highly motivated and great at communication.

 

Currently Lisa and Lucy’s team support 7 property owners providing a high level of service. We target our suppliers to reach at least a 95% KPI score and this company has consistently scored 97% with a customer satisfaction score or 3.9 out of 4 for cleanliness. We are proud to have them as part of our network.

 

They currently cover cleaning & laundry, and can also offer linen hire. They also offer light maintenance and gardening and 24/7 contact for guests.

 

We hope to help them gain a qualification in BISHTA training which will then allow them to provide hot tub changeovers. They have also showed interest in on line apps and are currently developing software to allow them to track and record changeovers more effectively.

 

The company also have some unique features, they clean green using all natural products and also organise a wide range of adventure activities for guests.

We have recently started using Signature Concierge to take care of a rental property we have near Keswick. I am extremely happy with the cleaning service and Signature Concierge have been prompt and easy to deal with. I would recommend Signature to anybody offering short term rentals that need a reliable property management company.

Lisa & her staff look after our cottage in the Lakes and we’ve been really impressed with the service we have received from them. I’m really grateful to Lisa, Lucy and their team for looking after our rental property. This is our first experience of owning a holiday let but the experience has been made far easier with the help of Signature Concierge Housekeeping. Our property wasn’t in a good condition when we bought it and we have been grateful for the help from Lisa and Lucy in sourcing tradesmen to make improvements to the property. Running our holiday let would not be possible without the team at SCH. The not only handle the obvious things like cleaning, bedding, towels, welcome packs etc, but they also handle problems that arise during a holiday ( leaks, central heating issues etc). They have even referred contractors to carry out a full property renovation for  me including electrical testing and all of the regulatory requirements. We’ve stayed after a clean and its always immaculate. Plus, we don’t live locally so running our holiday let would be impossible without them We don’t have anything to do at all, which we like!!

We started using Signature Concierge just before lock down but the preps that we did have have been excellent. I feel very confident in the service that will be provided post lock down will be of the highest standard and in line with all government guidelines.

Being an out of town landlord can be problematic if you don’t have 100% reliable housekeepers. I honestly do not lift a finger and Signature Concierge handle everything for me, cleaning being the most obvious service. They even handled a flood on Christmas eve! Can you imagine getting a photo from a guest showing water flooding through into the kitchen on Xmas eve.. at that time of year and with me 300 miles away!! They went round within less than 1 hour and sorted it. I count my blessings that I have them on board. Thanks, Paul
