We have a rigid quality control process that all of our staff follow which includes a checklist that you will also be provided on day one, so you can be assured that your property will be given the five star cleaning treatment it deserves. The detailed checklist which our cleaners follow and can be made specific to each property and is attached to your personalised file on our booking system. After every clean we take comprehensive photographs which are immediately uploaded to our system via our App. This means that the cleaners assess their own work and provide evidence. We also do spot checks.
