If there are any damages it is our responsibility to replace them so, as an owner, you do not even have to think about it.
We use 300TC Microstripe Duvet Covers and Pillowcases instead of the standard 200TC Satin Stripe and we use 600gsm towels instead of the hotel standard of 500gsm. This gives a much more luxurious feel.
